Higlobe NPS Survey Raffle – Rules and Information

As part of our Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback process, eligible participants will be entered into a raffle for a $100 USD prepaid card. Below are the terms and conditions governing the raffle.

What is the prize?

• One (1) prepaid card worth $100 USD.
• The prize will only be awarded in the form of a prepaid card.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

When will the raffle take place?

• The cutoff date for eligibility is August 31, 2025, which marks the end of the survey collection period.
• The winner will be notified via email.

Who is eligible?

• Only users who received the survey link directly and completed the NPS survey are eligible.
• Participants must be qualified Higlobe users, defined as individuals who have moved money using Higlobe services.
• Shared or forwarded survey links will not qualify the respondent for entry.

How is the winner selected?

• The winner will be selected through a randomized software platform to ensure fairness.
• The entire raffle process will be recorded and archived for documentation and audit purposes.

Additional Notes

• The raffle is limited to one entry per qualified user.
• Any attempt to manipulate or bypass eligibility rules will result in disqualification.
